Story:
'A vast, new dominion opens before you, constructed not by the demands of war, but by the overwhelming challenge of self-mastery. For years, the mighty Thunder, a true son of Hungary, commanded his days with the powerful, warming presence of whiskey—a liquid monarch ruling over a vast domain of comfortable chairs, late nights and broken maps. Now, a different, far more agonizing command has been issued: the completion of the entire 42 km marathon.
This map is a grueling representation of that journey. It is a land of long, exposed stretches that demand painful endurance, interspersed with towns that whisper insidious temptations. His loyal companions, David, Gentor and Mexican T have overseen the construction, ensuring every winding path is a test of his new resolve.
The Support Crew Thunder's campaign relies entirely on the strategic placement and questionable wisdom of his friends, each holding a crucial role:
-David (The Steady Hand): Positioned near a stable but slow-producing farming village, David offers a reliable supply of basic sustenance. He represents the slow, methodical discipline required for training. His resource flow is small, but constant—a true marathon pace.
-Gentor (The Tempting Trader): Located at a bustling crossroads, Gentor runs a brisk, and often suspiciously well-stocked, trading post. He holds valuable high-tier supplies, but his presence is a risk; his inventory includes luxury goods that threaten to distract from the mission. He is the necessary evil of short-term rewards.
-Mexican T (The Wildcard): Situated deeper on the map near a resource of pure Agave Nectar (a strangely high-energy but volatile resource). Mexican T provides unique, powerful, but sometimes unpredictable boosts. His presence reminds Thunder that energy is needed, but warns him that too much stimulation can lead to a spectacular, mission-ending crash.'
