9: Mountain Warriors
Garabel was defended and Prince Langer was captured. We will consider what to do with it. We all attended a big feast to drink down the victory, but not all could celebrate with us. The previously mentioned strategists Angerer and Ebeling were hanged after refusing to cooperate with Baron Naucher. At least they remained faithful to the king to the end. Now we should gather the right amount of supplies for the next trip. We are going to the Bear Mountains. There is a bear fortress there - mysterious warriors who have been training weapons for centuries. We have not had much contact with them so far, but in times of great crisis, we must use all the means at our disposal.
